  • Jen Patterson

I walk alongside you in reconnecting with the sacred depths of yourself, creating a secure, nurturing space where you can explore the intricate landscape of your emotions, thoughts, memories, and physical sensations. Rooted in attachment theory, we reflect together how your early relationships may influence your current experiences, helping you cultivate deeper, more integrated connections within yourself and with others, supporting you toward a more grounded, authentic life.
